About Student360
In your final years of school (Year 12 and Year 13) you’ll get to delve inside an organisation you’re passionate about and gain first-hand work experience. Across the school holidays you’ll be placed in a work environment where you’ll get stuck in, ask questions, hear stories and soak in your workplace experience.
Alongside your work experience, you’ll have access to engaging workshops from well-known leaders across Aotearoa New Zealand alongside mentorship opportunities to ensure you feel empowered to make confident career decisions after high school. You’ll come away with knowledge, skills and a new whānau, ready to forge your own unique career pathway.

Our vibrant team walks alongside students as they navigate decision making about career pathways during and at the end of high school. That’s exactly how Student360 began: hearing the needs from students to create clearer and more comprehensive programmes to empower students in such a crucial decision making season of life.
Expert support enables students to boldly take on challenges, try new experiences and push past comfort zones. We partner with organisations who are committed to providing quality experiences for students within their workplaces.
